Shareholder Resolutions

When you become a Domini Funds shareholder, your voice is heard. On your behalf, we engage in direct dialogue with corporations in our portfolios and file shareholder resolutions on social, environmental, and corporate governance issues.

Since 1994, we have filed more than 230 resolutions with more than 80 companies and engaged in numerous long-term dialogues with corporate management on a range of social, environmental, and governance issues. In 2009, we marked the 15th anniversary of our shareholder activism program (PDF).

The following chart contains a list of all shareholder resolutions we filed from 1994 to the present. We frequently collaborate with other investment firms, public pension funds and foundations. Below, we list under “lead filer” the filings in which we played the main role. Under “co-filer,” we list proposals where Domini played a supporting role.
