Domini Impact Investments is honored to share that CEO Carole Laible has been named an Excellence Awardee (a finalist designation) for the InvestmentNews Women to Watch Awards in the Executive Excellence category. Category winners will be announced by InvestmentNews on November 5, 2026.
Each year, the Women to Watch Awards celebrate the women who are reshaping the financial services industry — leaders whose vision, integrity, and results are moving the profession forward. For Carole, that leadership has always been anchored in a single conviction: that finance can be a powerful force for good.
Since joining Domini in 1997 and stepping into the CEO role in 2016, Carole has guided the firm through nearly three decades of growth, evolution, and unwavering commitment to impact. Under her leadership, Domini has continued to demonstrate that people, planet, and profit can be pursued together.
“This recognition belongs to the entire Domini team. Since day one, we’ve worked to prove that investors can align their values with their financial goals, and every day, our team shows up to make that mission real. I’m grateful to stand alongside so many extraordinary women who are challenging our industry to be more thoughtful, more inclusive, and more accountable to the world we all share.”
– Carole Laible, CEO of Domini Impact Investments
Congratulations to Carole and to every Excellence Awardee being recognized this year. Their work reflects the best of what our industry can be, and reinforces why representation, mentorship, and purpose-driven leadership matter more than ever.
About this recognition. Carole Laible, Chief Executive Officer of Domini Impact Investments LLC, was named an Excellence Awardee in the Executive Excellence category of the 2026 InvestmentNews Women to Watch Awards. Excellence Awardee status is a finalist designation, not an award: category winners will be announced by InvestmentNews on November 5, 2026, and as of the date of this material no winner has been named in this category and Ms. Laible has not been named a winner. The Excellence Awardee recognition was issued by InvestmentNews on August 17, 2026, and is based on the awardee’s professional accomplishments and contributions over the twelve months preceding the June 19, 2026 nomination deadline. InvestmentNews created the award, established the category criteria, and tabulated the judging results; InvestmentNews is not affiliated with Domini and is not a Domini client. The nomination was submitted by Domini. InvestmentNews charges no fee to submit a nomination, and neither Domini nor Ms. Laible paid any fee to be nominated for, considered for, or to receive this recognition. Separately, Domini has purchased a sponsorship of the InvestmentNews Women Advisor Summit and tickets to the InvestmentNews Women to Watch Awards ceremony, both held on November 5, 2026. Those purchases were made after the Excellence Awardee designation was issued, were not a condition of it, and play no part in InvestmentNews’s judging or selection of category winners. Domini has not purchased any promotional package, logo or trademark license, reprint, or awards-issue advertising from InvestmentNews. This recognition reflects the opinions of InvestmentNews and its judging panel, is not indicative of future performance or investment results, is not representative of any client’s or shareholder’s experience, and is not an endorsement of Domini or its investment advisory services.
Methodology, as published by InvestmentNews. Nominations were open from April 20 to June 19, 2026, and no fee was charged to submit a nomination. Following the nomination period, the InvestmentNews awards team conducted independent research to supplement submissions and identify additional candidates. From that combined pool, Excellence Awardees were selected in each category and announced in August 2026. Excellence Awardee submissions are provided confidentially to an independent judging panel of industry leaders and senior industry representatives, whose voting begins in September 2026. Judges are directed to evaluate submissions impartially against each category’s criteria, and any judge with a conflict of interest is required to recuse themselves. Votes are aggregated through a simple points system, and the top-scoring Excellence Awardee in each category is named the winner. Winners will be announced at the awards event on November 5, 2026. Methodology information above was obtained from InvestmentNews as of September 9, 2026 and is subject to change by InvestmentNews. Domini did not participate in the selection, judging, or tabulation process.
